• Call for Hands-On Workshop Proposals

The Florida Academy of PAs (FAPA) invites experienced clinicians, educators, and industry professionals to submit proposals for Hands-On Workshops at the 2027 FAPA Annual Symposium. Our hands-on workshops are designed to provide participants with practical, skill-based learning experiences that they can immediately apply in clinical practice. We are seeking interactive sessions that emphasize procedural techniques, point-of-care skills, diagnostic tools, clinical decision-making, simulation, and emerging technologies across all medical specialties. Workshops should actively engage attendees through demonstration, guided practice, simulation, case-based learning, or other interactive educational formats. Proposals should clearly describe the learning objectives, hands-on components, equipment or materials required, participant capacity, and any prerequisite knowledge or experience. Hands-on workshops may range from 60 to 180 minutes, depending on the topic and educational objectives. Workshop presenters should be prepared to facilitate an engaging learning environment that encourages participant interaction and skill development. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
