What is the UTrucking Documentation Form?

While optional, we recommend completing the UTrucking Documentation Form before your UTrucking service.

This form is used across all UTrucking services. This form is used across all UTrucking services, so you only need to submit it once. If you’re using multiple services, simply select all that apply.

The form allows you to upload photos of your items and provide additional information, creating a record of your service. This documentation helps our team verify your items as needed and provide the best possible service.

(Note: The standard pickup method for students living in WashU housing—including Lofts, Greenway, and UDrive—remains the same. Simply pack, lock, and leave, and UTrucking will collect your items after you've departed.)

Applicable for: Summer Storage, Study Abroad Storage, Leave of Absence Storage, Home Shipping, and Rental Return Services.

Instructions

1. Pack and label your boxes/items.
2. Place your boxes/items together on your side of the room.
3. Fill out the Item Submission Form and upload photo(s). (Strongly Recommended)
4. Leave your boxes/items locked in your room.
5. That's it! Safe travels — we'll take care of the rest.
