• Call for Round Table Discussions

The Florida Academy of PAs (FAPA) invites experienced clinicians, educators, researchers, and subject matter experts to submit proposals for Round Table Discussions at the 2027 FAPA Annual Symposium.Round Table Discussions offer an opportunity for highly specialized learning through small-group, interactive conversations focused on advanced clinical topics, emerging practice trends, leadership challenges, and specialty-specific issues. These sessions are designed for attendees seeking in-depth discussion, peer collaboration, and practical solutions within their area of expertise.Unlike traditional lectures, Round Table Discussions emphasize dialogue rather than presentation. Facilitators are expected to guide conversation, encourage participant engagement, share real-world experiences, and foster collaborative problem-solving in an informal learning environment. Each Round Table Discussion is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, creating an intimate setting that allows for meaningful interaction, networking, and individualized discussion. Proposals should clearly identify the target audience, learning objectives, discussion topics, and anticipated participant takeaways.
