Thank you for your interest in applying to be a snack and beverage vendor at Second Sundays on Mill. Before applying, please review the Snack and Beverage Rules & Regulations thoroughly HERE. By submitting an application to the Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA), I acknowledge that I have read the Second Sunday on Mill Snack Vendor Rules and Regulations (linked above in application), along with the legal information in the document.- I understand that I am permitted to sell only snacks, desserts, or beverages.- I understand that community health guidelines and safety requirements may change, and I will be notified of the expectations prior to the event.- I understand that this is a 10 x10 booth space only.- I understand I am responsible for my own electricity. It must be a 'whisper' generator or have a covering to ensure it is quiet. All electrical cords must be taped down and remain securely taped throughout the event.- I understand that the DTA reserves the right to move my booth space if deemed necessary.- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will NOT be allowed to return as a participating vendor for future Downtown Tempe Authority events.
