Dear Volunteer, Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Rocklahoma 2026! We truly appreciate your time and support in making this year's event a huge success. Below, you will find this year's registration form. Please note that this form must be completed in its entirety to be processed. Volunteer Guidelines & Shift Rules Flexible Scheduling: You are welcome to volunteer for as many days as you would like. However, if you volunteer for more than one day, you are required to work at least one closing shift. There are no exceptions to this policy. Ticket Perks: For each day you volunteer, you will receive one free day pass for that date, valid to use before and/or after your scheduled shift. Pre-Shift Pass Policy: If you choose to use your pass before your shift begins, you must sign a waiver agreeing to report for your scheduled work. If you fail to show up for your shift, you will be billed $160.00 for the pass and blacklisted from volunteering at any future events. Digital Communication: A valid email address is required. All correspondence this year will be handled strictly via email; no items will be sent through the Postal Service. What to Expect Next---> Once registration officially closes, we will email your volunteer packet 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event. Your packet will include: 1. A confirmation letter listing your scheduled dates and times. 2. An official list of event "Do’s and Don’ts.” 3. A map of the grounds highlighting volunteer parking and the Chamber check-in booth. 4. 2026 Rocklahoma and/or Born & Raised Volunteer Waiver TERMS & CONDITIONS: Volunteer Liability Waiver I understand and agree that I am assuming certain risks and responsibilities by volunteering as a volunteer for the Rocklahoma and/or Born and Raised concerts organized by the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce ("PACC"). In consideration of being permitted to volunteer at the events mentioned above, I voluntarily agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the PACC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any liability for any accident, lost property, injury, harm, or damage arising out of or in connection with my participation as a volunteer. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that volunteering at Rocklahoma and/or Born and Raised concerts involves potential risks and hazards, including but not limited to those associated with large crowds, loud music, stage setup, equipment operation, inclement weather, and transportation. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks, assuming full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or harm that may occur during my participation as a volunteer. Release and Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge the Released Parties from any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) that may arise from or relate to my volunteer activities, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or any other loss or harm. This release and waiver of liability apply to all activities related to the Rocklahoma and/or Born and Raised concerts, including setup, teardown, event operations, and any other tasks the PACC assigns. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by third parties against them arising from or related to my actions, omissions, or negligence while volunteering at Rocklahoma and/or Born and Raised concerts. This includes any costs or damages incurred by the Released Parties, such as legal fees, settlement amounts, and judgments. Personal Property: I understand that the PACC does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while I am volunteering at the events. I agree to safeguard my belongings and assume all risks associated with their care and security. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from or related to this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma. Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Volunteer Liability Waiver and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
