Submitting this form is a request for warranty assessment. It is not confirmation that the reported issue is covered under warranty. TurnKey Construction will review the details and photos you provide and, where necessary, inspect the site to determine whether the issue results from a defect in our workmanship or materials within the applicable warranty period. If the issue is determined to be a valid warranty item, the repair will be completed at no cost to you. If, after assessment, the issue is determined not to be warranty-related — including but not limited to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper operation, lack of required maintenance, damage caused by the owner, occupants, or third parties, work or alterations performed by others, equipment covered under a separate manufacturer's warranty, or events outside our control (e.g., water damage, power surges, vandalism) — you will be responsible for the cost of the assessment and any repairs you request. We will provide an estimate for your approval before performing any chargeable work. A diagnostic/assessment fee applies and will be waived if the issue is found to be a covered warranty item or approval for work is granted. By submitting this form, you authorize TurnKey Construction to inspect the reported issue and acknowledge that charges may apply if the issue falls outside warranty coverage.
