2026-2027 Board of Director Applications

ICAAR is looking to fill 5 positions:

Director (3-year term)
Director (2-year term)
Secretary/Treasurer (2-year term)
MLS Chair (2-year term) - See Committee Chair Applications in September
Vice President (4-year term)

Please note that serving on the Board of Directors is a long-term commitment.

Requirements to Serve on the Board of Directors:

Attend monthly BoD meetings
Attend monthly meetings as a liason for your assigned committee
Attend of overnight Annual Leadership Retreat (TBD)

Failure to maintain these standards will result in removal and replacement of your position from the board.

In addition to these requirements, board members are expected to participate in ICAAR classes and events, and NAR REALTOR programs such as RPAC, C2EX, and Fairhaven.

If you have submitted a Board application previously, you will need to submit a new application.

Applications are due by Friday, August 28 at 5:00PM.
