  • Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal and they must be registered with APCPPOA upon check in.

  • TENANT VEHICLE INFORMATION

  • Tenants and registered occupants listed on page 1 of this form that are driving vehicles must present a valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration at the Welcome Center to obtain a "Gate Entrance Pass." This pass must be displayed on the dashboard at all times during the term of tenancy. Tenants and guests of Tenants not displaying a valid Gate Entrance Pass may be stopped and denied access until proof of authority to enter the Community is provided.
