Christian Counselors of Texas (CCT) welcomes Exhibitors and Sponsors whose purposes and goals align with CCT's values and mission to meet and mingle with over 150 professional counselors from across the state of Texas.

Application Process

Complete this application and submit it by January 15, 2027. After internal review, CCT will contact you once it is accepted and will provide a separate link to complete your final registration and payment. Additionally, upon acceptance, this application will also serve as your contract agreement. CCT reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in addition to re-assigning sponsorships not paid by the deadline.

 

By submitting this application, Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees:

• To align with CCT's values, mission, and statement of faith (see more details at cctx.org)
• To ensure our materials are not politically motivated. CCT is a politically neutral organization.
• To ensure our materials do not contain offensive or vulgar language.
• To furnish all equipment, extension cords, etc. and miscellaneous supplies for the exhibit.
• To abide by the specifications of CCT and the conference facilities.
• To be responsible for any loss or damage to our property, as neither CCT nor the venue carries liability insurance on the exhibitors' or sponsors' property.

Website Sponsor | $300 (New This Year!)

Benefits: Your logo (with active link to your website) will be seen by all CCT members and visitors to the cctx.org website for a year; logo & sponsor description in electronic conference program.

Requirements: Logo and URL link

You do not need to attend the conference to list your logo and link on the website.

Exhibitor Booth | $350

Reach: In-person engagement with all participants throughout the three-day conference and brand placement in the digital conference program

Benefits: Customizable draped table reserved in Exhibitor Hall; signage; raffle supplies provided for drawing; nametags for 2 exhibitors; logo and exhibitor description featured in electronic conference program; brief presentation at a keynote session

Requirements:

• Submit names for nametags when completing Exhibitor registration
• Staff your exhibitor booth for the following hours during the conference:
  • Thursday, Feb. 18                 1:00pm-6:00pm
  • Friday, Feb. 19                     7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday, Feb. 20                 7:30am-1:00pm
• Donate door prize (approx. $25/value), and plan to give it away at one of the keynote sessions.

Extras: Meals are not included for Booth Exhibitors but may be purchased for an additional fee.

Conference Lanyard Sponsor | $550

Reach: All conference participants

Benefits: Company name and logo on lanyards worn by all conference attendees; logo & sponsor description in digital conference program

Requirements: Select choice of lanyard color (optional)

Extras: Meals are not included for Lanyard Sponsor but may be purchased for an additional fee.

Thursday Banquet Sponsor | $550

Reach: All conference participants attending the Thursday night banquet and all conference participants via the digital conference program.

Benefits: Sponsor materials placed on each chair at banquet; brief presentation during the banquet; logo featured on screen at banquet; logo and sponsor description in electronic conference program; includes 1 dinner meal at banquet.

Requirements: Send or bring sufficient sponsor materials to put on banquet chairs (estimating 80-100 attendees), and give a brief 5-minute presentation. Your choice on presentation time slot, beginning approximately around 6:00pm or 7:15pm.

Extras: One (1) banquet meal is included for the Banquet Sponsor. Additional meals at the banquet are available for purchase.

Saturday Breakfast Sponsor | $550

Reach: All conference attendees at the breakfast and all conference participants through the digital conference program.

Benefits: Sponsor materials placed on each chair at the breakfast; brief presentation at breakfast; logo featured on screen at breakfast; logo and sponsor description in digital conference program.

Requirements: Send or bring sufficient sponsor materials to put on breakfast chairs (estimating 100-120 attendees); give a 5-minute presentation at 7:10am (breakfast is scheduled to run from 7:00-8:15am).

Extras: One (1) breaksfast meal is included for the Breakfast Sponsor. Additional meals at the breakfast are available for purchase.

Benefit for all Sponsors and Exhibitors:

A comprehensive contact list of all attendees will be shared with sponsors and exhibitors upon their completion of the Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Evaluation within two weeks of the conclusion of the conference.

Note on Conference Attendance

Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to attend any of the conference sessions at no charge.

However, if you desire continuing education credit, you will need to register as a separate conference attendee. When registering as a conference attendee, note that conference meals are included on Friday and Saturday; and the Thursday banquet is an extra charge for conference attendees.

Cancellation Policy

In the event the Exhibitor/Sponsor needs to cancel, send an email notice to exhibitor@cctx.org. Refunds will be allotted accordingly for cancellations made within the following timeframes:

– Cancel 15 or more days prior to the conference: 90% will be refunded 

– Cancel 8-14 days prior to the conference: 50% will be refunded

– Cancel 0-7 days prior to the conference: 25% will be refunded
