• UNDER THE STARS - SILVERWORKS ISLAND - ACCESSIBILITY REQUEST FORM 

    We welcome all customers with access requirements. The easiest and quickest method for you to use to apply is by using the Nimbus Card Scheme. We offer complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets as well as a range of accessible facilities, which will be outlined in our Accessibility Pack.

  • If you have a temporary condition or impairment such as a broken leg, you may request use of our access facilities but please note they are prioritised for customers who are wheelchair users or have chronic health conditions, impairments, or disabilities.  In this instance, please contact us via email: access@silverworksisland.com 

    ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 72H BEFORE THE SHOW

    Please follow these steps: 


    1) Apply for a ticket for yourself, or for the customer with access needs


    2) Complete this Accessibility Request Form. 

     

    3) Upload your supporting document with this form.
    We accept any of the below as supporting documentation:

    Nimbus card
    Front page of DLA / PIP letter
    Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
    Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
    Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
    Credibility’s Access Card showing you require a +1/+2 to
    accompany you.
    Doctor's or Hospital note (for temporary conditions)

     


    4) Wait for approval of your request
    We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For reference, we prioritise requests in order of shows, so the further away the show you are attending the longer the wait for a response may be.

     


    4) Collect your accessibility wristbands when you arrive at the show 
    The accessibility team in a pink hi vis will give you your wristbands which will give you access to the accessible viewing areas and toilets.
