  • Understanding the Cost Structure

    • 60/40 revenue split — you keep 60% of all food sales. 
    • Henry County health permit — $100 per location, deducted from your post-event check. Levy provides the paperwork
    • Background check — required if selected to move forward. Fee deducted from your first check. Processing time up to 45 days
    • All beverages must be Coca-Cola products supplied by Levy — you earn 10% of those sales. No outside beverages permitted
    • Alcohol sales require Liquor Liability insurance + a separate contract. Levy supplies all liquor and beer — costs deducted from your check
    • No cash accepted — Levy POS system required for all transactions
    • Payments are issued post-event and may take a few weeks to process 
    • Over 20,000 spectators are expected to attend — nearly all vendors at past events have sold out completely
