Do you have one of the most innovative products in residential real estate?
Applications are now open for the 2026 Inman Connect San Diego Pitch Battle, a live competition featuring eight companies building products that help residential real estate brokerages, teams, and individual agents succeed.
The selected finalists will pitch live on stage at Inman Connect San Diego for the opportunity to advance to the championship round during the Constant Contact Cocktails at Connect Party, where one company will be crowned the inaugural Inman Connect San Diego Pitch Battle Champion.
Competition Format
Round One
🎤 Eight companies will be selected to compete live.
🎤 Each company will receive 5 minutes on stage:
🎤 2-minute live pitch
🎤 2–3 minute interview and Q&A with Troy Palmquist
Following the presentations, a panel of judges will select the Top 3 companies to advance.
Championship Round
The Top 3 finalists will compete again during the Constant Contact Cocktails at Connect Party, where they will deliver one final presentation before a live audience. Audience participation will be incorporated into the final voting to help determine the champion.
Eligibility
To be considered, your company must:
✅ Support residential real estate brokerages, teams, or individual agents.
✅ Have launched your product within the past 3 years.
✅ Under $10M in ARR.
✅ Have a live product with paying customers.
Companies selected as finalists agree to:
🎤 Produce a 2-minute product video that will play on the main screen during the live Pitch Battle.
🎤 Deliver the pitch live from the stage while the video plays.
🎤 Ensure the video contains no spoken dialogue, voiceovers, AI-generated narration, or recorded presentation audio. All narration must be delivered live by the presenter.
🎤 Submit the final video by the production deadline provided by the event organizers.
