    • One complimentary Bienestar Running Club training shirt with the start of paid membership (only for monthly membership). 
    • Youth and single-class members must purchase club shirt separately.
    • Monthly 1-mile time trials.
    • Hybrid training and community support.

  • What to Expect

  • Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes including dynamic warm-up, up to 20 minutes
    walking/jogging/running, strength training, core & agility, and cool-down.

  • Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

  • I understand participation in Bienestar Running Club, operated by Bienestar Athletics LLC, involves physical exertion and inherent risks. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Bienestar Athletics LLC, its members, coaches, assistants, volunteers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and agents from liability except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
