  • Registration Instructions

  • 1. Complete and return the Registration Form. Select payment option and uniform size. Sign all required forms.
    2. Athlete Participation Agreement - Complete one form for each athlete participating.
    3. Code of Conduct Form - One per athlete. Physicals are recommended but not required unless the athlete is under a doctor's care, takes medication regularly, or has a medical condition requiring physician approval.
    4. Athlete Apparel Form - Complete and return for all athletes.
    5. Parent Volunteer & Fundraising Information Form - Required at registration.

  • As we prepare to begin the first two weeks is important as everyone is meeting for the first time as well as athletes learning and preparing for their season. It will be hot, so bring water, dress in PE attire and bring a large towel for grass exercise.

  • Practice: we practice 2 x per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays)

  • Cross Country Meets: 6-8 cross country meets at VARIOUS PARKS allowing meets.

  • Cross Country Days/Times: Saturday mornings 8:00am to 11am (meets begin in September)

  • It is MANDATORY for your child to participate in 1-DAY per week of practice to be allowed to run in meet.

  • Volunteer: I understand; I must volunteer for 3 hrs during the Fall Season or OPT OUT of Volunteering.

  • Fundraising: I understand; I must participate in the team's Fundraisings or OPT OUT.

  • Check Policy: We do not accept personal checks, please get a money order or cashiers check.

  • Refund Policy: We offer 50% refund prior to August 15th only. No refunds will be provided after two weeks of joining, no exceptions.

  • The Inland Empire Youth Conference (IEYC) is committed to providing a safe, healthy, fun, and competitive environment for all participants. Every athlete has the right to compete in an atmosphere that promotes respect, sportsmanship, and fair play. IEYC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, and inappropriate conduct.
  • 1) All athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
    Any participant, coach, parent, or spectator involved in fighting, violent behavior, or other serious misconduct will be removed from an event and may face suspension from future IEYC activities.
  • 2) Any serious incident occurring during an IEYC practice, meet, game, or event must be reported to the appropriate Sport Commissioner or Conference official within twenty-four (24) hours
  • 3) All athletes, parents, coaches, & spectators are expected to conduct all events in a respectful manner.
  • 4) Any participant, coach, parent, or spectator involved in fighting, violent behavior, or other serious misconduct may be removed from an event and may face suspension from future IEYC activities.
  • 5) The use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products, or vaping devices at any IEYC event is prohibited. Individuals found in violation of this policy may be removed from the event and subject to additional disciplinary action.
  • 6) The Sport Commissioner or designated committee shall review reported incidents and determine any penalties or sanctions. Additional sanctions may be imposed on individuals or member clubs that violate Conference rules or fail to comply with disciplinary actions.
  • 7) By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the policies and standards of the Inland Empire Youth Conference. Any Athlete, Coach or Parent refusing to sign this document will not be able to participate in meets/events or activities.
  • Athlete Medical Approval and Parent/Guardian Authorization

  • INLAND EMPIRE YOUTH CONFERENCE TRACK & FIELD AND CROSS COUNTRY strongly recommends that children have a medical check-up by a physician prior to participating. To participate in this CONFERENCE, the child's parent or guardian MUST fill out one of the statement below and sign at the bottom.
    I am aware that Track & Field and Cross Country are physically demanding sports that requires effort to participate. I am not aware of any MEDICAL or physical condition (s) of my child (name listed below) that would limit his/her participation in the INLAND EMPIRE YOUTH CONFERENCE Track and Field and Cross-Country programs.

  • PERFORMANCE ENHANCING SUBSTANCES: The Inland Empire Youth Conference (IEYC) prohibits the use, possession, or distribution of performance-enhancing substances, illegal drugs, or banned supplements by any participant. Athletes are expected to compete fairly and in accordance with all youth sports rules and standards. Violations may result in suspension or removal from participation as determined by IEYC and its member organizations.
