Form 1 - Joint Membership Request

Purpose
This is Form 1 of 2 in the process of requesting that a Joint Member be added to your existing Corporate Membership.

This form is completed by the current Senior Member requesting that another individual be considered for Joint Membership.

After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to Form 2 – Joint Member Application & Acknowledgement, which must be completed by the proposed Joint Member.

Both forms must be received before the request can be reviewed by the Membership Committee.

Submission of this form does not add a Joint Member or guarantee approval. All requests are subject to the Highland Yacht Club membership process and approval requirements.
