To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following.
🧵 Inspection
Every sewing machine receives an initial inspection upon arrival. While many issues can be identified beforehand, additional faults may only become apparent once the machine has been opened for servicing.
💜 Quotations
If repairs beyond a standard service are recommended, you will be contacted with a quotation before any additional work is carried out, unless you have given prior authorisation to proceed.
🪡 Older & Vintage Machines
Older and vintage machines may have worn, brittle or fragile components. While every care is taken during servicing, The Bobbin Spa by Lyndaz cannot be held responsible for failures caused by age-related wear or previously damaged parts.
📸 Condition Records
Photographs may be taken before, during and after servicing to document your machine's condition and the work completed.
🧺 Accessories
Please bring only the accessories required for diagnosis or those requested. Any accessories left with your machine will be recorded upon check-in.
🏡 Collection
You will be notified as soon as your machine is ready for collection. Please collect your machine within 14 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made.
💳 Payment
Full payment is required before your machine is released.
✨ Warranty
The Bobbin Spa by Lyndaz provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on the servicing performed. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults unrelated to the service carried out.
📞 Communication
We may contact you by your preferred method (phone, SMS or email) regarding quotations, updates or collection of your machine.
