Here are our policies & procedures we have in place to ensure your dog has a safe & fun time with us here at Ultimutt Doggy Daycare.

1. Dogs must be on lead when entering & leaving the premises.

2. Our session times are full day for 10 hours, half day for 5 hours. These are the maximum hours for each session. If your dog is at daycare for more than 5 hours, you will be charged for a full day.

3. All dogs must be kept up to date with vaccinations, flea & worming. We do require a copy of all yearly vaccinations for our records and will send reminders on the month your pup is due.

• proof of vaccination will be required before the trial and assessment is completed.

4. If you suspect your dog is sick, unwell, or injured, please let us know as soon as possible. This gives us a chance to put appropriate measures in place to ensure sickness is not spread. You may be required to provide a vet clearance before you pup can re-attend.

5. Your dog is not required to be desexed, however, if your dog not being desexed is an issue for your dog or other dogs, they may not be able to attend until after they have been desexed.

6. All dogs enrolled with Ultimutt must be a minimum of 14 weeks of age and have had their final puppy vaccinations before attending the service. They can only attend 14 days after their final vaccination.

7. The owner agrees to disclose any known aggressive/behavioural issues that the dog display before and after enrolment. Ultimutt reserves the right to exclude any dog that shows any signs of aggressive or disruptive behaviour.

8. The owner accepts that pack dynamics can change over time and their dog may show a negative change in behaviours and as such may need to be excluded from daycare temporarily or permanently.

9. The owner agrees and understands that Ultimutt is a cage free play environment for their dog(s) and as such has risks associated with such an environment including (but not limited to):

• injuries including broken nails, abrasions, cuts and sore pads
• transfer of communicable illnesses such as kennel cough

10. I authorise Ultimutt Doggy Daycare to photograph and/or video my dog and to use these images in future books, videos, promotional or educational materials, and hereby waive my claim to any compensation for such use.

a) I am solely responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused or contributed by my dog(s) while attending Ultimutt.
b) If my dog falls ill, or if there is an emergency and I or my emergency contact cannot be contacted, I authorise Ultimutt to seek veterinary care for my dog.
c) I am responsible for all costs associated with clause a) and b) above
d) I will abide by all the rules and regulations set by this Ultimutt Waiver and Liability.

I certify that I am the legal owner of the dog(s) and I have read and understood this agreement. I understand I am waiving certain legal rights by signing and agreeing to this document.
