• Free Film and Music Club

    Rose Hill Junior Youth Club, the Oxfordshire Music Hub (Oxfordshire County Council) and Film Oxford will be hosting a free three-day film and music club for ages 10-14, supported by Oxford City Council and The National Lottery Community Fund. A free lunch will also be provided!

    If your child has any food allergies (e.g. gluten free, lactose intolerant, nuts, fish etc), please list them below. 

    If your child has any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, halal only), please list them below. Write none if none.

    Please list below any relevant medical information that we should know about and the ways that we can support your child at our sessions (e.g. my child has autism and doesn't like this... my child has ADHD and struggles with... my child has epilepsy and it should be managed this way... my child is allergic to this.)

  • First aid at the film and music club

    If your child is injured at our club (e.g. falls over outside, trips and bumps their head/body), we will administer basic first aid like applying plasters/bandages and ice packs.

    All accidents will be recorded in our accident book and a copy will be given to parents or carers at the end of our sessions.

    In the case of serious injuries, emergency services will be contacted and parents and carers will be informed straight away. 

     

  • Drop off and going home information

    Our sessions begin at 10am, we would advise you to arrive at 9:50am.

    The session will end at 3pm on each day, please let us know below whether your child has consent to travel home by themselves after the session.

    Photo and video consent:

    As a registered charity, we are required to evidence our activities by taking photographs and videos for our funders and partnering organisations.

    These images may be shared by us on our website (rhjyc.org), social media pages/YouTube channel (@rosehilljyc), in our activity reports and occasionally to local press. They may also be used and shared by our partnering organisations for this specific project. 

    Giving consent through this form allows RHJYC to use and share these images and videos with our partners Film Oxford, the Oxfordshire Music Service and Oxford City Council. You can change your mind about photo consent any time, please get in touch with Aimee.
