Sporting Lyme is a summer-long festival, celebrating and showcasing the many sports organisations in and around Lyme Regis. The inaugural Sporting Lyme takes place from May to September 2026.
Sporting organisations are holding special events and open days to promote themselves, encourage people to get involved and try new sports, and improve health and wellbeing.
As Sporting Lyme 2026 draws to a close, the event will be concluded with an awards ceremony at Lyme Regis Golf Club on Saturday 3 October.
The awards will honour great sporting achievements, the volunteers who help the organisations to thrive and the young up-and-coming sportspeople in our community. Awards will be given in the following categories.
Nominate an individual or team for a sporting achievement. Please select the award category and provide details about your nominee. The nominee must either be part of a sporting organisation in Lyme Regis, or live in Lyme Regis and play a sport within the surrounding area.
