-Applicants must be able to attend two sketching and painting days. This will take place 9 AM–2 PM on October 25 and Nov. 14.

-Mural Theme: History of Toho & Water Operations.

-Mediums allowed: acrylic paint, paint pens and selected mixed media if approved.

-Mural Dimensions:
- 6-7 ft. from floor
- 3 ft. X 79 1/2 length canvas
