TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this order form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

♡ Ordering

• Please order only if you are 100% sure of your purchase. Settle your payment on or before the DOP (Deadline of Payment): July 27, 2026
• Once I have received your order form, I will send you a payment form via DM. Kindly accomplish the payment form and settle your payment on or before the DOP.
• Orders will only be confirmed once your payment has been verified.
  
• A late payment fee of PHP30 per day will be charged for payments made after the DOP until the payment has been fully settled. 

♡ Production

• Production may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the total number of orders received.
• Please note that slight color variations between the product photos and the final printed item may occur due to screen settings and printing differences.
• Packing fees may vary depending on the size and quantity of your order.

♡ Shipping

• Shipping fees will be computed and sent to you via DM once your order is ready for shipment.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, it is already under the courier’s responsibility. While I will ensure that every order is packed securely, I will not be held liable for courier-related delays, loss, or damages beyond my control.

♡ Cancellation

• Confirmed and invoiced orders are strictly non-cancellable.
• If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed and invoiced, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your total order amount will be charged to cover production and material costs.
• Buyers who fail to settle the cancellation fee may be declined from placing future orders.

♡ Returns & Concerns

• No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
• Any concerns regarding missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be reported with a complete and unedited unboxing video taken from the moment the parcel is opened until all contents are shown.
• All concerns are subject to review and verification before a resolution is provided.

• Order updates, production progress, and important announcements will be posted on my X account.
