  • Welcome to the 7th Episcopal District Learning Hub. It is my prayer that this resource will equip, inform, and strengthen those who serve across our District with excellence and integrity. The Learning Hub is designed to support ongoing growth and accountability, and it houses the annually required Sexual Misconduct Prevention Course as an important part of our shared commitment to safe, faithful, and responsible ministry within the A.M.E. Church.

  • Welcome to the 7th Episcopal District Sexual Misconduct Policy & Anti-Harassment Training. This course is a required annual training for all pastors, officers, laity, teachers, staff, and volunteers serving across our District. To complete it, you'll: (1) enter your name, email, and church information so your certificate can be issued; (2) watch both parts of the course video presentation in their entirety; and (3) complete the 20-question knowledge check with a score of at least 80%, followed by a brief acknowledgment of your participation.

    Please allow yourself time to complete the training in one sitting, and be sure to use an email address you check regularly — your certificate of completion will be sent there once you finish.

  • STEP 2: WATCH THE PRESENTATION

    Please watch the full video presentation of the course material below. To successfully complete this course, you must view the entire presentation from start to finish. The presentation is divided into two parts — Part 1 and Part 2 — and you'll need to watch both in full.
  • STEP 3: KNOWLEDGE CHECK

    Now that you've viewed the presentation, please answer the following 20 questions to the best of your ability. A passing score of 80% or higher is required to complete this training. Please answer based on the material presented in the video.

  • Your church insurance policy should cover acts of sexual misconduct for all its programs and activities.*
