This form is the Grant Approval Request required by Decision Book, Part 4 Financial Management, Chapter 11 Grants, Articles 2.3 and 2.4.

An international grant is a grant for which ELSA International, National Groups and/or Local Groups are eligible under the grant provider’s criteria (Article 1.1).

Any application for such a grant requires the prior approval of ELSA International, which will respond by email within seven days (Article 2.5). The application to the grant provider may be submitted only once permission has been granted, or the approval deadline has expired.
