New Graduate Student Organization Proposal Form

This proposal will be reviewed by the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development to ensure that it is consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including Title IX, and University policies, rules and regulations. When this review is completed, the Office of Student Involvement will either approve or deny its eligibility to move forward with the student organization recognition process.
