  • The Counsel for Growth Program is designed to facilitate introductions between participating ChicagoMSDC-certified MBEs and law firms affiliated with the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF).


    Participation in the program does not guarantee:
    • Acceptance into the program;
    • Placement or matching with a specific law firm;
    • The establishment of an attorney-client relationship;
    • Ongoing legal representation; or
    • Any particular legal, business, financial, or contracting outcome.


    ChicagoMSDC serves solely as a program administrator and facilitator.

    ChicagoMSDC does not provide legal advice or legal services through this program.
    Any attorney-client relationship that may arise will be established solely between the participating business and the selected law firm, subject to the law firm's independent review, conflict checks, engagement procedures, and mutual agreement of the parties.


    Participation in the program does not obligate either the participating business or the law firm to enter into a future engagement, retain services, or continue a professional relationship beyond the program.
