All Star Cheer Preference Form Rising/Novice FALL

All Cheer Team members will need to fill this out by 7/10. This is a PREFERENCE form- we will try and schedule according to your preferences, but it is not guaranteed!

RISING FALL PRACTICE AMOUNTS:
-1.5 hour Team Practice each week
-1 hour All Star Tumbling Class each
week

NOVICE FALL PRACTICE AMOUNTS:
-1.5 hour team practice 2x per week
-1 hour All Star Tumbling Class 1x
per week

Optional: Additional All Star Tumbling Class $35/month

WE DO NOT WORK AROUND ANY EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, including but not limited to other sports, charity organizations, youth group, cotillion, or any activities outside of school cheer.
The only scheduling accommodations we make are for school cheer obligations.
