4E Achievers Academy is the next stage of the Achievers leadership pipeline, designed for young adults transitioning from education into the workforce or early career growth. The academy helps participants build professional skills, expand their networks, and strengthen leadership capacity through mentorship, industry exposure, career development, and financial empowerment. Participants are encouraged to serve as mentors, role models, and leaders who help lift the next generation of Achievers.

Program Commitment Confirmations

Hi {applicantsFull}, your cohort will meet monthly on the third Wednesday from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm (except for the November & December sessions). You must attend and complete at least 31 PD sessions and the experiential learning activities. No required activity can be missed or made up. Everyone is required to attend the retreat AND complete the mentoring certification before they are eligible to mentor one-on-one.
