Inclusive Futures Leadership Institute Application
Program Overview
Inclusive Futures Leadership Institute (IFLI) is an immersive, queer friendly, expert-facilitated, six-month high impact program focused on leadership and allyship development. Participants may be at any stage of their career, with the primary focus on individuals committed to growing and advancing through leadership development. While it is not required for applicants to identify as LGBTQ+, all applicants must demonstrate a commitment to and passion for advancing social equity and LGBTQ+ liberation.
The Inclusive Futures Leadership Institute will host 6 sessions on the following dates: October 22, 2026; November 19, 2026; January 21, 2027; February 18, 2027; March 18, 2027; April 15, 2027.
