• 2026 Fall Arts & Crafts Show Volunteer Sign Up

    September 26 & 27, 2026
  • The Occoquan Fall Arts & Crafts Show is not too far away, and we're already looking for volunteers to help make the weekend a success! Join us September 26 & 27 and be part of one of Occoquan's signature events.

Whether you enjoy greeting visitors, assisting artists, helping with set-up or break-down, supporting shuttle operations, or leading family activities, there's a role for everyone. Most volunteer shifts are just three hours, and every shift helps create a welcoming experience for our visitors and vendors.

To prepare for the event, we'll hold a Volunteer Meeting on Wednesday, September 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall. We'll review event logistics, safety procedures, answer questions, and hand out volunteer t-shirts.

Invite a friend, choose a shift, and join us for a fun weekend supporting the Occoquan community! If you don't see a shift that works with your schedule, please email events@occoquanva.gov and we'll do our best to find a good fit.

Thank you in advance for your time and support—we couldn’t do it without you!
