Fall Festival Vendor Application

Rules & Regulations 1. The $125 vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Lindsey Ann Varney Foundation. 2. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and inspections. 3. Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state health regulations. 4. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own equipment, extension cords, generators, and supplies. 5. Vendors must keep their area clean throughout the event and remove all trash before leaving. 6. Vendors must be set up and ready to serve prior to the festival opening. 7. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 8. The Lindsey Ann Varney Foundation reserves the right to decline any application. 9. Vendors assume all responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in the event.

Vendor Rules & Guidelines 1) Vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, chairs, and supplies needed for their booth. 2) Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. 3) Vendor setup begins at 9:00 a.m. and must be completed by 11:00 a.m. 4) The festival will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5) All vendor fees are non-refundable. 6) Vendor fee includes admission for the vendor and one helper (2 bracelets total). Anyone without a bracelet will be asked to leave. 7) No electricity or running water will be available. 8) Only baked goods may be sold under a standard vendor booth. Vendors wishing to sell any other food or beverages must register as a food vendor and pay the food vendor fee of $125. 9) Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and in the same condition in which it was found. 10) This is a family-friendly event. All items and displays must be appropriate for all ages. 11) The Lindsey Ann Varney Foundation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
