WIM Conference Vendor Application

Due to limited space, all vendor applications will be reviewed by the exhibit committee. Those approved will be provided a payment link. Decisions will be finalized by July 24, 2026.

Set-up hours: Anytime after 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 27, 2026

Exhibit hours: 

Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:45 PM, and from 9:30 PM (or after church) to 10:30 PM                                                                                    

Friday, August 28, 2026 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, and from 1:00 PM to 6:45 PM, and from 9:30 PM (or after church) to 10:30 PM                                                          

Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM 

Tear-down hours: Clear out vendor spaces by 3:00 PM, Saturday, August 29, 2026

 

WOMEN IN MINISTRIES CONFERENCE

VENDOR AGREEMENT 2026

 

This Vendor Agreement is entered into between the UPCI Women in Ministries (WIM) Committee and the undersigned Vendor for participation at the Ladies Conference.

 

1.      Event Information

1. UPCI Women in Ministries Ladies Conference
2. The Sanctuary UPC, 965 Anglum Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042
3. Dates - August 27-29, 2026

 

2. Vendor Space Rental

1. All vendors are required to rent a vendor space from WIM unless otherwise specified.
2. Each space is a 10’ x 10’ area and will be furnished with one – 6’ table with a tablecloth.
   • An extra table may result in an additional charge.
3. The cost for vendors is as follows:
   • Vendors with ministry aids and helps will be charged $50.00 per space.
   • Vendors with non-ministry related merchandise will be charged $100.00 per space.
   • Vendors from UPCI Headquarters are not required to pay a vendor space fee.

3. Vendor Registration Requirements

1. All vendors must be fully registered participants of the WIM Ladies Conference with the exception of UPCI Ministries.  
   • At least one person per vendor area must register for the conference.
   • No men who are assisting with a vendor booth are required to register.
2. Conference registration is required in addition to securing your vendor space.

 

4. Vendor Logistics

1. Vendors must be fully set-up prior to the start of the conference and may not dismantle displays until the designated closing time on Saturday after the closing service. Set-up time is any time after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
2. All vendor booths must remain closed during service times. Vendors are expected to participate in conference services. Booths may reopen immediately following the conclusion of each service session. If there is a male that is assisting with the booth, they are not required to participate in the services, however, they cannot open the booth during the service.

5.      Vendor Guidelines

1. Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and Christ-like manner.
2. Products and materials sold must align with Christian values and the standards of the United Pentecostal Church, International, and the WIM Division.
3. The UPCI WIM committee reserves the right to decline or remove any vendor whose products or behavior are deemed inappropriate.
   • The WIM exhibit committee reserves the right to decline any vendor application at its own discretion.
4. Vendors are responsible for their own property, merchandise, and transactions.

6.      Liability

1. WIM and The Sanctuary UPC are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk.

7.      Cancellation Policy

1. If a vendor cancels after reserving a space, no refund will be granted, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the vendor’s control.  Late cancellations may prevent the space from being reassigned and may create hardship for the WIM team.
