Speaker Agreement
Speakers Release Form for “Thrive Energy Healers Network” Video Interview
This agreement is between the person (s) and companies named, Andro Auro Alamar and Speaker, for “Thrive Energy Healers Network,” video summit. Speaker refers to the person signing this contract to speak at my event.
Andro Auro Alamar desires to electronically record speaker’s interview. Speaker understands that for educational, promotional and commercial applications, will make Speaker’s presentation/interview video recording available at no charge for attendees of this virtual event.
Speaker, hereby grants to Andro Auro Alamar , the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these recordings and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them. Andro Auro Alamar has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
Speaker, hereby grants Andro Auro Alamar the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare, derivative works, advertise, and publicize the recordings without compensation to the Speaker. Andro Auro Alamar , may edit the recording at her discretion and shall own the worldwide rights, title and interest, including copyright in and to, the Speakers recording. However, Speaker shall also retain the right to use his or her own recording for any purpose.
Speaker, upon written request via email, shall be provided with a copy of his or her recording in electronic format.
Speaker knows that Andro Auro Alamar will be promoting all interviews to her whole database and may have replays and repeats of promotion. Speaker has agreed to promote the video summit with (2) solo email, (1) newsletter if you have one, and (2) social media post between November 9th and and November 17th, 2026. Failure to mail as agreed could be cause for removing you from the event, so that it's fair to all speakers who followed the agreement. Any changes can be agreed upon in written form via email.
Speaker is permitted to make an offer during his or her interview and to promote his or her business, book, classes, etc.
Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power and authority to grant this release and to perform all the provisions thereof. Speaker acknowledge that in the event of a breach or alleged breach with respect to the terms and provisions hereof, that Andro Auro Alamar shall be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief as Andro Auro Alamar may deem appropriate, in addition to such other rights or remedies, Andro Auro Alamar may have at law.
Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andro Auro Alamar , and all companies listed below from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provisions of this agreement. Speaker expressly releases Andro Auro Alamar from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
This release shall be governed in accordance within the state of California law, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing. Please indicate your understanding and agreement with the terms of the release by signing in the space provided below.
