Refund Policy

All sponsorships are non-refundable once payment is processed. Sponsorship benefits, including promotional recognition and marketing exposure, begin immediately upon confirmation of the sponsorship.

Because event planning and promotional materials are developed in advance, SRCAR® is unable to offer refunds for sponsorship commitments.

If the event is postponed or modified, SRCAR® will make reasonable efforts to ensure sponsors receive comparable recognition and promotional value.
