Summer of Resilience: Art & Media Submission Form

This form is designed for artists, cultural practitioners, researchers, and more to submit works that capture how you or your neighborhood is building disaster and community resiliency this summer.

Here's some ideas for content that we're looking for:

- Shareable photos and/or videos of neighborhood actions, advocacy campaigns, and projects
