Please read the following information carefully before completing your application.
- Complete all applicable sections of the application form. Incomplete applications will not beprocessed.
- The deadline for submission is Saturday, August 15, 2026.
- Applicants must be full-time or part-time undergraduate students at one of the following institutions:
  1. UWI, Mona - Western Jamaica Campus
  2. UTECH Jamaica - Western Campus
  3. Sam Sharpe Teachers College
  4. Caribbean Maritime University
  5. Northern Caribbean University (Western)
    
    OR
  6. Recent high school graduates who have been accepted to pursue undergraduate studies.
- Please indicate 'N/A' where the information requested in a section is not applicable to your situation.
- An essay explaining why you should be considered for the scholarship must accompany your application.
- A document submission folder is provided for all the required documents to be submitted.
- The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to verify all information submitted. Applications containing false or misleading information will be disqualified.

1. Referee's Affidavit

- The Referee's Affidavit must be submitted with your application and has to completed by one of the following persons:
  - Senior Member of the Academic Staff (e.g. Senior Lecturer or higher)
  - Student Services' Managers
  - Guidance Counsellors (Health Center)
  - Justice of the Peace
  - Minister of Religion
- Applications will NOT be processed if this section is completed by someone outside of the list provided above.
2. Co-Curricular Supporting Documents

Applicants claiming co-curricular involvement must submit the appropriate supporting documents.
- On-Campus Activities
  The applicant will have to provide the following:
  - Certified copy of your co-curricular transcript.
  - Letter of support from the Faculty Advisor or Student Services Manager of the club, hall or society confirming the applicant's involvement.
- Off-Campus Activities
  The applicant will have to provide a letter from the Regional, National or Communtiy Organization which clearly states:
- The nature of the organization;
- The length and nature of the applicant's involvement.
