    Incomplete applications will not be considered. We take applications on a rolling basis throughout the season, please allow 5 business days for a response with your application status. Once approved, an invoice for $40 ($15 if providing your own tent) will be sent to you via QuickBooks. Any questions please email events@downtowntempe.com

     

    The application will be open throughout the season. Applicants will be notified of acceptance and billed weeks prior to each event.
