  • ISNA Cares is hosting a Mother's Support Group in a welcoming space where mothers can connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange ideas and coping strategies, and find encouragement and support in a safe, caring environment. The group is led by a therapist on our team.

     

    Please find the details for our upcoming cohort below:

    • Start Date: Thursday, July 16, 2026
    • Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
    • Duration: 3 week program, meeting once a week
    • Location: Library - 2200 South Sheridan Way, Mississauga ON L5J 2M4 
    • Cost: $180 for the Full Program (Full fee waiver available upon request through ISNA Canada)

    Can I bring my Children? Please note that childcare will not be available for this program. Children under 2 are welcome to come.

  • This program will be facilitated by a Licensed Psychotherapist and or Social Worker (MSW) . To help support ISNA Cares's mental health and social service programming, as well as subsidies for community members in need, participants may choose one of the following options. (Please note that if payment is a barrier, you can request a full subsidy by emailing info@isnacares.ca)*
