Throughout the year, Ear Art Piano Studio may take photos and videos during lessons, recitals, camps, performances, and other studio events. These images may be used to celebrate student achievements and promote the studio.

FULL PERMISSION I give EAS permission to photograph and /or record my child and use those images or recordings in studio materials, slideshows, promotional materials, social media, websites, brochures and other marketing purposes.
SHOWCASE ONLY I give EAS permission to photograph and/or record my child for use ONLY during the seasonal recital presentations and slideshow viewed by studio families and guests. My child's image or recording may not be used on social media, websites, or future promotional materials.
