2026 Field Day MO LICA Contractor Registration

I understand that the Missouri LICA Field Day 2026 takes place at an active stream-bank stabilization construction site along the Gasconade River and involves inherent risks — including, without limitation, the operation of heavy construction equipment, placement of large rock and riprap, uneven or unstable terrain, river and water hazards, weather, noise, dust, wildlife, and the acts of other attendees. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full personal responsibility for any property damage, injury, illness, or death resulting from my attendance or participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law. In consideration of being permitted to attend, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, family, and assigns, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Missouri Land Improvement Contractors Association (MO LICA), the host landowner, the participating contractors, and the partnering agencies — including the USDA NRCS, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and the local Soil and Water Conservation District — together with their respective officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims arising out of or related to my attendance at the Event, including claims based on the Released Parties' negligence, and I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim I or any third party may bring. I agree to follow all safety briefings, posted signs, and instructions of MO LICA staff and contractors; I authorize the Released Parties to arrange emergency medical care if I am unable to consent and accept responsibility for the cost of such care; and I grant MO LICA permission to use photographs, video, and recordings of me from the Event for educational and promotional purposes. This Agreement is governed by Missouri law. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian with authority to bind the minor to these terms.
