Thumbprint cookies
This is your classic thumbprint cookie that has a sugar cookie base, rolled in extra sugar, and then indented and filled with your choice of homemade fruit compote or chocolate bourbon ganache. Jam thumbprint cookies are also topped with a vanilla icing drizzle. Please specify what you want your thumbprint cookie filled with: fruit or chocolate. This size is great for parties & weddings!

CUSTOM SUGAR COOKIES

2 tier sugar cookies
Custom decorated sugar cookies up to 2 colors & shapes per design. Up to 3 separate designs allowed per total order. For example, 4 onesies, 4 airplanes, and 4 flowers. Sugar cookies are soft and decorated with vanilla flavored royal icing on top. Ordered in quantities per dozen, base price is $40. **If ordering 5 dozen or more, extra $5 per dozen due to more hours of labor required; ALSO can only order a max of 10 dozen sugar cookies total per order.

3 tier sugar cookies
Custom decorated sugar cookies with 3-4 colors & shapes. Up to 4 separate designs allowed per total order. For example, 3 pumpkins, 3 ghosts, 3 witch hats, and 3 bats. Sugar cookies are soft and decorated with vanilla flavored royal icing on top. Ordered in quantities per dozen, starting price is $50 depending on how much detail. **If ordering 5 dozen or more, extra $5 per dozen due to more hours of labor required; ALSO can only order a max of 10 dozen sugar cookies total per order.

4 tier sugar cookies
Custom decorated sugar cookies with 5+ colors & shapes. At least 5+ separate designs for order total are permitted. Sugar cookies are soft and decorated with vanilla flavored royal icing on top. Ordered in quantities per dozen, starting price is $60 depending on how much detail. **If ordering 5 dozen or more, extra $5 per dozen due to more hours of labor required; ALSO can only order a max of 10 dozen sugar cookies total per order.

BAKED GOODS CONTRACT

Please read the following contract and sign in agreement.
1. Your initial deposit (1/2 of the total cost of your order) reserves your event date and is non-refundable. HIDMB has 2 business days upon an order submission to go over an estimate of your total cost. The final cost may change if any changes are made by the consumer (filling, fondant, edible decorations, delivery fee, set up, etc.)

2. We must receive the balance by the due date discussed or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

3. The date of your final payment (other half of your total cost) is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the baked goods. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Delivery and setup ranges in cost between $5-$20 (depending on distance and how extensive the set up is).

5. We are not responsible for any damage to the hand off of the goods or after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the baked goods. Note: Baked goods require a sturdy table, and an optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

6. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the baked goods at the event, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the baked goods once they leave HIDMB's possession.

7. On occasion we will photograph our baked goods and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

8. If you choose to photograph any of our products and post said photographs on social media, you must tag our company name - @helloimdoingmybest is our Instagram and TikTok page and Hello, I'm Doing My Best is our Facebook page.

9. Our products are homemade and are not prepared in an inspected food establishment. This means that our products are not made in a commercial kitchen and are instead made in a home kitchen. Your baked goods may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of HIDMB to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

Please reach out if we need to take extra steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination (cleaning and sanitization and separating the prep, cooking and storage processes of baked goods made with these allergens). We cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies, so please be advised.
