  • 2026-27 Letter of Intent

Only those organizations who serve populations in San Diego County are eligible to apply for a grant from the Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund. Organizations that serve populations in North County (as defined on our website) will be given preference.

Letters of Intent are strictly for preliminary information gathering purposes. A submission of a Letter of Intent (LOI) does not guarantee formal consideration for funding. Only selected agencies will be invited to submit full proposals in November, 2026.

Organizations will not be considered for funding if they:

    • Discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation, political affiliation, religious belief
    • Serve an exclusively sectarian purpose

Before completing the 2026 LOI form, please visit the "Apply for a Grant" tab on our website at www.rsfwomensfund.org. There, you will find the Letter of Intent Submission Guidelines, which include helpful tips and recommendations to assist you in preparing your submission.

Important: The Letter of Intent form should be completed ONLINE. To save your work, click on the SAVE button and select "Get Shareable Link" before you hit SUBMIT.

All Letter of Intent forms must be received by NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2026.

Please note that the majority of our future communication regarding the status of your application will be conducted via email. To ensure you receive all correspondence, we recommend adding the following email addresses to your safe sender list (also known as "whitelisting") to prevent our messages from being directed to your spam or junk folder.
