  • By submitting an application to Downtown Tempe Foundation (DTF), I acknowledge that I have read the Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade Holiday Market Vendor Handbook along with the legal information in the document. - I understand I need to provide my own wireless lighting and white tent.- I understand that the DTF reserves the right to move my booth space if deemed necessary.- I understand that if after I've been accepted and paid, I cancel for any reason, I will not be refunded.- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will NOT be allowed to return as a participating vendor for future Downtown Tempe Foundation events.*
