2026 Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a food and beverage vendor at the Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade. Before applying, please read through the Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade Food & Beverage Handbook HERE . Food trucks and trailers are designated for full meals, while snack/beverage vendors will have 10 x 10 booths. Incomplete applications will not be considered. By submitting an application to Downtown Tempe Foundation (DTF), I acknowledge that I have read the Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade Food & Beverage Vendor Handbook along with the legal information in the document. - I understand the community health guidelines and safety requirements may change and I will be notified of the expectations prior to the event.- I understand that the DTF reserves the right to move my booth space if deemed necessary.- I understand that I am responsible for providing my own electricity. The generator must be a 'whisper' type or have a covering to ensure it remains quiet. Additionally, all electrical cords must be securely taped down and remain securely taped throughout the event.- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will NOT be allowed to return as a participating vendor for future Downtown Tempe Foundation events..
