Thank you for registering for the Thrve Centr Run/Walk Club! We’re excited to have you join us for our community event. Everyone is welcome to come along and the event is completely free.

The event will begin at 7:00am from Thrve Centr. We’ll have both a run group and a walk group, with each group heading in and around Rosenthal for approximately 30 minutes.

After the session everyone is welcome to hang around, enjoy a free coffee, listen to the live DJ and socialise with the community.

There will also be some awesome giveaways on the morning including a Garmin Forerunner 265, STRONG Pilates Sunbury class pass giveaways, one 5 pack Pilates class pass, a free recovery session at Thrve Centr and 100 free coffees for the first 100 people.

Run Club Waiver and Participation Agreement

Run Club Waiver and Participation Agreement&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Event: Coffee and Run Club&#13;&#10;Date: Saturday 11th July&#13;&#10;Hosted by: Thrve Centr and Fuse Collective Media&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By signing this waiver, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Health and Fitness Declaration&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that participating in this run club involves physical activity and may include risks such as fatigue, injury, dehydration, falls, traffic, uneven surfaces, weather conditions and other unexpected incidents.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I confirm that I am physically able to take part in this event and that I do not have any medical condition, injury or health concern that would make it unsafe for me to participate.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice before participating if I am unsure about my health or fitness level.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Participation Risk&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I agree to follow all reasonable instructions given by the event organisers, volunteers or staff on the day.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that the run may take place on public paths, roads, crossings or shared spaces and I agree to be aware of my surroundings at all times.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Release of Liability&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I agree that Thrve Centr, Fuse Collective Media, their owners, staff, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and anyone involved in running the event will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage or expense that may occur as a result of my participation, unless caused by proven negligence.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that I am responsible for my own safety, belongings and actions during the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Medical Assistance&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;If I become injured or unwell during the event, I consent to the event organisers seeking medical assistance on my behalf if required.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that I am responsible for any medical or ambulance costs that may arise.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Photos and Videos&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for social media, marketing and promotional use by Thrve Centr and Fuse Collective Media.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By attending, I give permission for my image or likeness to be used in this content.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Weather and Event Changes&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that the event may be changed, delayed or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns or other circumstances outside the organisers’ control.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Agreement&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I have read and understood this waiver. I confirm that I am participating in the Coffee and Run Club event on Saturday 11th July voluntarily and at my own risk.
