Colleagues, the following information is required for our recognition as the National Sporting Organisation for Kung Fu Wushu, and thus also for all our State Sporting Organisations.
Please provide responses to the following questions, by CoB 30 June 2026, to your State or ACT President. And please note that this information will be aggregated prior to being provided to the Australian Sports Commission, and neither your name nor that of your Club will form any part of the data we provide to any external organisation. This is an annual survey.
This data is required for your continued membership of your State or Territory Association.
