Application Submission
Once your application is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be withdrawn. You are required to pay the application deposit within the designated payment period.

Share Allocation
We will determine the investors and the number of shares allocated to each investor. Payment Methods
The expected payment methods for shares are bank transfers or PayPal. All associated transfer fees are the responsibility of the investor.

Partial Payments
If we do not receive the full payment amount, we will allocate the maximum number of shares based on the amount received, with no refunds for any shortfall. For example, if ¥50,000 is required for 50 shares and only ¥49,500 is received, 49 shares will be allocated, and the remaining ¥500 will not be refunded.

Offering Cancellation
If the target offering amount is not reached and it is deemed necessary, we reserve the right to cancel the offering.

Contract Finality
Once you become a shareholder through the fulfillment of the investment, the contract cannot be canceled. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, shares cannot be canceled or withdrawn due to fraud or coercion under Articles 15-3, 15-4, or 24-2 of the Act.

Legal Compliance
This investment structure is governed by Japanese law. Please ensure that your investment complies with the regulations of your country of residence.

Phase I Schedule:

• Application Period: August 28, 2026 – October 14, 2026
• Payment Due: Within 7 calendar days after submitting the application
• Stock Issuance: October 21, 2026, for payments received by the end of October 21, 2026
• Payments received after October 21, 2026, will be processed for stock issuance in the next phase.
  * The stock issuance date will be recorded in the shareholder list submitted to the Japanese government. Please be aware that official registration typically takes a few months to complete.

• Wise: If you choose Wise, please follow the payment instructions sent after you submit your application. This helps ensure your payment is correctly matched to your application.
• PayPal: If you wish to pay by debit card, credit card, or mobile wallet (such as Apple Pay), you don’t need a PayPal account. PayPal allows you to complete the payment without registration. Please note that PayPal transaction fees still apply.
