2026 ELMO TROPHY TEAM REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT
1. Each Team shall have a representative/adult person (Team Rep) in charge who will be present and ashore for the duration of the event. The Team Rep will be responsible for all team members while not afloat. The Team Rep must be present for the duration of the event dinner on the Saturday evening. A ticket will be provided for the Team Rep to attend.
2. The Team Rep is required to sign in and out each day at the sailing office and must be contactable all day.
3. The Team Rep must hold a list of sailor’s names and contact details along with the details of their emergency contacts and any medical conditions that may be relevant.
4. The Team Rep is responsible to make sure that all of their team members are safely ashore each day.
5. Attention is directed to the Irish Sailing policy on alcohol during events run for Juniors.
