Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ebike Cape Town, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation or rescheduling of a tour or rental.
Our refund policy below outlines the conditions based on the timeframe before your scheduled departure or rental start.
We aim to offer flexibility while still being able to adjust availability for other guests.
Payment To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Refund Policy 21 days or more before the scheduled tour/rental: Eligible for a full refund, excluding bank charges.
Between 21 days and 7 days before the scheduled tour/rental: Eligible for a 75% refund.
Within 7 days of the scheduled tour/rental: No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Ebike Cape Town
In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control—Ebike Cape Town reserves the right to cancel a scheduled tour or rental. If Ebike Cape Town cancels, customers may choose one of the following options:
A full refund (excluding bank charges);
Rescheduling to a later available date; or
Switching to another tour or rental of equal value.
