    The NAPPS 2027 Conference is designed to provide a supportive, educational, and community-based experience for pet care professionals at every stage of business development.

    Speaker proposals should align with the designated daily conference theme and focus on delivering educational, actionable content that supports pet care professionals at that stage of business growth and development.

    Day 1 – Start Strong
    For Aspiring & New Pet Care Professionals
    Topics should focus on foundational education, business basics, and strategies that help new professionals build a strong start.

    Day 2 – Grow with Intention
    For Established & Scaling Businesses
    Topics should focus on growth strategies, operational efficiency, leadership, and scaling a successful business.

    Day 3 – Sustain & Thrive
    For Long-Term Professional Leadership & Personal Development
    Topics should focus on business longevity, leadership development, personal growth, sustainability, and long-term success.

  • Presenter / Panelist Registration Fees 

    Lead Presenter - the registration fee will be waived.

    Co-Presenter's - the registration fee will be waived for the day he/she is presenting. 

    Panelist - the registration fee will be waived.  

     

     For your convenience, and ours, correspondence will be sent to the Lead Presenter only.

    Presenters are fully responsible for their travel and lodging arrangements and costs.  

    However, many opportunities are available to present yourself/your session in front of 150 or more pet professionals.  In addition to presentations, advertising and exhibit space is available ~  complimentary to all speakers.

    Conference/Networking/Webinar sessions presented to you are for your information only and do not necessarily represent the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters’ ethos, policies, or suggested business practices.  

    NAPPS celebrates the entrepreneur and embraces your right to run your business your way. It is suggested you always consult an expert or legal professional and understand that practices and laws can vary from local to federal levels. 

    As a pet-focused organization, NAPPS encourages the use of humane and positive techniques when caring for and handling animals.

     

     

  • Presentation Information ~ this information will be required, if selected. 

    Please limit to 2 pages typewritten, single-spaced. 

    Please include the following: 

    1. Title of Presentation (see page 1).
    2. Brief description of the presentation (no more than 3 lines – see page 1). If the session is selected, this description will be used for the forum program.
    3. Goals/learning objectives of the presentation for the participants.
    4. Explanation of interactive opportunities provided to participants within the workshop.
    5. Biographies of Lead Presenter and Co-Presenter—if applicable (100 words or less each).
    6. Brief description of previous presenting experience.
    7. Please enclose copies of handouts that will be distributed during the workshop.

     Please note the following regarding handouts:

    • Handouts are required of all workshops.
    • Prior to the forum we must receive one complete set of all handouts.
    • Presenters are required to provide sufficient copies of their handouts for their workshops

    Preference Will Be Given to Workshops That:

    • Fulfill the three goals of the conference:
      • Communication
      • Education
      • Involvement
    • Provide attendees with information on the topic as well as give them a new skill.
    • Present tested, validated approaches or models.
    • Inspire the participants to employ or transfer skills.
    • Include significant interaction between trainer(s) and participants.
    • Offer higher quality handouts.
    • Are staffed by top-notch trainers with proven track records.
    • Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication.
    • Address timely, relevant subjects.
