  • Welcome to the Please Don't Die Black Men (PDDBM) Paid Model Application. This application is for individuals interested in paid modeling opportunities with PDDBM. We engage models for fashion shows, educational programs, community events, photo shoots, and other entertainment opportunities. Please complete every section honestly and accurately. If you are selected for a paid opportunity, you will be required to provide two forms of valid identification and complete any required documentation before participating in a paid engagement. Completing this application does not guarantee selection but allows us to consider you for current and future paid modeling opportunities.

      PDDBM fashion shows typically require attendance at scheduled fittings, rehearsals, and the fashion show. Models selected for an event are expected to attend all required activities unless excused by PDDBM.
